Set up and breakdown

Set up and breakdown services are available if you need our help to set up your equipment. Chair set up is .75 up and .75 down. So to set up and break down 100 chairs your fee would be $150. Tables are 1.50 up and 1.50 down, so set up and breakdown of 10 tables would be $30.00. We also can help set up your tents, dance floor and stages. These items are a bit trickier and you may need to talk to your sales person about the details of the event to get a set up quote. Please keep in mind you are responsible for all of the items after we set them up. If weather is a factor and rentals are outdoor, please protect the equipment from damage or there could be damage fees. We highly recommend our tent service set up. High winds and weather can damage our pop up tents so please make sure you have enough weight on the tent legs to secure the tent. Please inquire with our tent specialist about how much weight is needed for each tent leg.
